Cloudbet vs Stake · direct sports and wallet comparison
Cloudbet vs Stake: retirement rules, cashout and wallet routes
Cloudbet accepts native DASH and USDC on Base; Stake’s current network guide does not. Stake voids undecided tennis markets on retirement, while Cloudbet’s match-winner rule can stand after one complete set. Those operational differences are more useful than a universal sportsbook score.
CloudbetBase USDC and native DASH
StakeUndecided tennis retirement bets voidThe direct verdict by use
| Your requirement | Result | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit existing USDC on Base | Cloudbet | The exact route is listed; Stake explicitly excludes Base. |
| Keep native DASH for deposit and payout | Cloudbet | DASH mainnet is listed with a published payout minimum and charge. |
| Unfinished tennis match should void an undecided winner bet | Stake | Retirement voids undecided markets rather than settling match winner after one set. |
| Play the Stake version of Plinko or Mines | Stake | Those specific proprietary implementations are Stake products. A Cloudbet slot catalogue is not their equivalent. |
| Guaranteed cashout on every same-game bet | Neither established | Stake excludes same-game multis; Cloudbet availability remains conditional and documents differ by product. |

Cloudbet is a CCA partner. The recommendation above is limited to the stated route or product; it is not a measured claim about account approval or winnings.
Tennis settlement: a result that really differs
Suppose you back Player A for $40 at 2.50. One set is completed and Player B retires. Under Cloudbet’s ordinary match-winner rule, Player A’s official victory settles a $100 gross return. Under Stake’s undecided-market retirement rule, the stake is refunded: $40. Reverse the retiring player and Cloudbet’s ticket loses while Stake’s remains void. This is a contract difference, not a prediction about the tennis match.
Cloudbet
After its first-set threshold, match winner can settle on the umpire’s declared victor. Handicap and total-games wagers do not inherit that treatment.
Stake
An undecided market is void on retirement. A completed market that was already unconditionally determined can still stand.
The preference depends on which settlement contract you want. A refund rule reduces exposure to this particular unfinished-match outcome; it also removes the win when the opponent retires. It is not universally favourable to the backed selection.
Cloudbet PRIME is a separate rule path
Cloudbet’s current rules give the underlying bookmaker’s terms precedence for correction, cancellation or voiding of PRIME bets. The ordinary Cloudbet tennis example must not be advertised as covering every PRIME ticket. Identify the sportsbook product before applying the rule.
A void basketball player-prop leg
Stake’s basketball section distinguishes one Same Game Multi from a combination of several SGMs. A void selection voids its individual SGM; in a combined ticket, the other SGMs remain and their odds are recalculated. For a hypothetical $10 combination of one 3.00 SGM and one 2.00 SGM, voiding the first leaves a possible $20 return if the second wins—not the original $60. That specific rule is a useful account of what survives; we do not claim Cloudbet has the opposite rule without a matching source.
Compare the exit conditions, not a yes/no badge
| Ticket or condition | Cloudbet | Stake |
|---|---|---|
| Ordinary single or multiple | Selected markets; eligible parlay cashout covers unsettled legs | Selected singles and multis |
| Same-game multiple | No blanket availability conclusion; consult product-specific ticket | Excluded from cashout |
| Player-prop ticket | Market availability governs; no universal prop promise | Pre-match cashout only in cited help |
| Bonus-funded wager | Excluded by sportsbook rules | Promotion-specific terms; not assumed equivalent |
| Suspended market or changing price | Request can fail during delay | Availability and acceptance can change |
Cloudbet: cash out · Cloudbet: cash-out availability · Stake: cashout availability
Neither platform offers a guaranteed future exit. A cashout value also includes the stake: receiving $18 on a $20 ticket is a $2 loss, not an $18 profit. We have not collected simultaneous quotes for the same live position, so there is no price winner in this row. More help articles would not supply the missing price evidence.
The useful distinction is narrower: Stake’s explicit SGM exclusion can disqualify it for someone who requires that capability. It does not automatically prove Cloudbet will offer cashout on the desired SGM. The bet’s actual product and eligibility still have to match.
Wallet compatibility and the amount that can move
| Route | Cloudbet | Stake |
|---|---|---|
| BNB on BNB Smart Chain | Supported | Supported |
| Native USDC on Base | Supported; not a bridged USDC.e token | Base excluded |
| DASH on Dash mainnet | Supported | Not in the cited supported list |
| USDC on Ethereum | Supported | Supported |
The Base row is decisive for an existing Base holding: Cloudbet offers a documented direct route, while using Stake would require a different supported route first. On BNB or Ethereum-USDC, the compatibility table alone establishes no advantage.
Known Cloudbet cost for a 20 USDC Base request
The dated table lists a 1 USDC minimum and 0.00093 USDC charge. If the charge is deducted from the request, the modeled net is 19.99907 USDC. This does not compare two supported Base routes—Stake’s is absent. It demonstrates the cost of the compatible choice. Cloudbet: crypto transaction fees
For 100 USDC deposited with no tips, Cloudbet’s published playthrough is 25 USDC of settled bets for a verified account or 100 USDC for an unverified one. Unsettled stakes do not count. Its separate daily-limit rule is account-level, not a network minimum. Cloudbet: deposit playthrough · Cloudbet: withdrawal limits
Stake requires confirmed email and withdrawal authorization through the configured method, with asset-specific minimums and fees. We have not established a fixed comparable fee for the same current account from the cited withdrawal instructions, so no “cheapest overall” verdict follows. Stake: crypto withdrawal steps
If your priority is a particular Stake Original
Stake’s Plinko and Mines are identifiable games with published 99% return, modes and verification. A catalogue containing other Plinko or Mines games does not preserve those implementations. For an existing user who wants the same game, remaining with Stake is the direct product match. Stake Plinko: game specifications · Stake Mines: rules and fairness · Stake: provably fair implementation
If changing the implementation is the objective, the game replacement map compares Bitsler’s named versions and shows where their published returns differ. That answers the replacement question without assigning Cloudbet an unverified equivalent.
Choose around the difference that applies to you
Cloudbet fits the documented Base-USDC or DASH route. Thrill is a third option for the tennis-refund preference, explored in the sports alternatives guide. It is not inserted as the winner of this two-brand comparison.
Cloudbet or Stake?
Which has better odds?
No simultaneous same-market price sample was collected for this release. The completed comparisons concern settlement and payment compatibility, so they do not establish an odds winner.
Does one completed set settle all Cloudbet tennis markets?
No. The example concerns ordinary match winner. Handicap, total-games and PRIME rules must be treated separately.
Which accepts USDC on Base?
Cloudbet lists native USDC on Base. Stake’s cited network guide explicitly excludes Base.
Is this also a comparison with Stake.us?
No. This page concerns Stake.com. Stake.us is a different social-casino product. Stake.us: social casino explained
